Don't know how to clean catfish? Most of the time we have
someone available to clean or fillet the fish for you for a small
fee. Let us know when you arrive that you'd like to have
your fish cleaned and we'll arrange it. All you gotta do is
catch 'em, cook 'em and eat 'em.
